We accept all insurance plans (including PPO, POS, etc.) that include out-of-network benefits.
If your deductible has been met and you have out-of-network benefits, then out-of-pocket deposits will be waived.
We have opted out of Medicare.
We do not insurance-bill any worker's compensation plan.
We offer financing for all procedures through American Express. We also offer interest-free financing with low monthly payments through our own in-house billing office, with a pre-procedure deposit.
We accept all major forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash (US currency). We do not accept foreign currencies (e.g. Euro).
Billing services are offered as a courtesy to all patients.
